Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs (optional for extra crunch)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil in a large bowl until well coated.
  3. Add garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; toss to distribute evenly.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs (if using) over the cauliflower and toss again.
  5. Spread cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Serve warm as a side dish or enjoy as a snack. This crispy Parmesan roasted cauliflower pairs well with many main dishes.
